Graduate team leads
play a crucial role in providing supervision and leadership to multiple Student Engagement Coordinators (undergraduate) at Trotter/MESA. Graduate Team Leads are responsible for contributing to the ongoing development and staff training, providing workshift supervision during evening and weekend hours, facilitating weekly skills labs using M-LEAD competencies and intercultural development models, and assisting in event setup and breakdown.
