MESA will partner this fall with M-LEAD and the U-M Dean of Students on a new leadership and capacity building initiative for student organization leaders. The pilot program—M-Coaching—will provide free, individual leadership coaching to a cohort of 10 undergraduate students who are highly engaged in large student organizations on campus and will be able to implement what they learn to better serve their organization.
