Catering

For catering, please refer to the Trotter Multicultural Center approved caterers list for current vendors. The only "outside food" allowed is through this list of approved caterers.  

Facilities use

Familiarize yourself with our facilities use policy prior to requesting space. The policy explains how any campus group can reserve and use Trotter spaces for meetings and events, with clear, mission-aligned scheduling and administration. Specifically, it outlines expectations around:

  • Cancellations/fees
  • Conduct
  • Decorations/safety
  • Food
  • Payment rules
  • Requesting and confirming space
  • Room assignments
  • Tabling and fundraising
  • Timelines

Outdoor reservations

Trotter Multicultural Center (TMC) does not administer or approve outdoor reservations. Please contact Facilities and Operations Outdoor Events for instructions and form submission. TMC does not provide furniture (including but not limited to tables, chairs, speakers, tablecloths, office supplies, etc.). TMC will not store food, beverages, or rental equipment. To guarantee storage of food and beverages, a space must be reserved within the building. TMC does not guarantee access to the building in the event that the building is closed.

4. Complete your submission and await confirmation

Column 2

To place a reservation request follow the two-step process: 

  • Submit a reservation using the EMS system.
  • Using the reservation number generated by the EMS system, complete and submit the TMC Mission Alignment form to provide additional data for your event/meeting.
