Student Lounge: The student lounge is an open space near the central stairs on the second floor. In addition to the flexible lounge furniture, student computers will also be included in this space.
Reflection Room: One of two reflection rooms in the building, the larger reflection room includes meditation chairs, lounge chairs, yoga mats, and benches. The smaller reflection room is intended for a single user.
Quiet Study: Located on the south side of the building, the quiet study room features five separate study desks, each with power hubs and a lamp. The neutral finishes and graphics promote a calming environment.
Medium Meeting Room: The medium meeting room is located on the first floor and will seat eight people. The space has a word bubble graphic and large whiteboard walls including words and phrases meaningful to Trotter.

Reception Hub: As you enter Trotter on State Street, you encounter the reception hub which includes a multiple user desk constructed with wood reclaimed from a tree that grew on the site prior to the start of construction.
Open Lounge: Located on the first floor and adjacent to the reception hub , the open lounge features a two-story graphic wall that will include over 1500 student portraits and mirrors inviting guests to see themselves at TMC.
Main Lounge: The main lounge is a large community space on the first floor. The space is encircled by a visual timeline of student activism on campus. Vibrant finishes, varying textures and flexible furniture are also planned for this space.

Kitchen: The kitchen is another first floor space, intended to promote community and support gatherings. In addition to counter seating, there will also be a family style table in the kitchen.
